Frontend development for wholesale commerce.
A complex wholesale e-commerce platform, including merchandise from Walmart, with ongoing frontend development across a large retail catalog.
Project context
A wholesale marketplace serving business buyers, including products from major retailers such as Walmart. My role focused on continuous frontend development and coordination with the backend team.
My contribution
- Implemented new designs and features across the WordPress/WooCommerce platform, working with HTML, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, and SCSS.
- Checked that backend changes and newly developed features did not introduce visual or functional regressions.
- Reorganized legacy CSS, implemented new pages using Foundation, and set up Grunt tasks to improve the development workflow.
- Reviewed the website for bugs and opportunities to improve the design and user experience.
